A good broker knows what to say about every building. Scripts and knowledge gives the robot the same: how to greet, which questions to ask, and the arguments for each project — location, construction, energy class, payment plan, what makes it different from the building next door.
AI helps the robot speak naturally and answer in the client's own words, but only from the knowledge you have approved. If it does not know the answer, it says so and calls a broker — it never makes up a price, a date or a promise.
Every change is saved with who made it and when, and you can try a new script on one robot before giving it to all of them.
